European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For customers located within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Once verified, FREEBOY will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.

Shipping Damage

If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please take photos before opening the package and contact our customer support team immediately.

Failure to provide evidence may affect the outcome of a claim with the shipping carrier.

Missing Items

Any missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide package photos and shipping label information for verification.

Performance Issues

For products experiencing verified performance defects that cannot be resolved through troubleshooting or replacement parts, FREEBOY may approve a return, exchange, or refund based on the specific situation.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, FREEBOY will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for personal reasons, change of mind, refusal of delivery, or incorrect ordering, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and any applicable restocking fees.
